Great article. I believe the dream of one world will never happen. Just look at the EU today. Constant bickering and finger pointing. People in top positions accused of bribes and theft. It is human nature that holds strong in the fight to be ruled by others of etnic cultures. Thank goodness for that.
As for the treatment of we aged, there needs to be more aggressive action when these young punks try to impose hardships on us. Organized action. What we need is a form of AARP run by smart but mean and nasty people. Those willing to take the fight directly to their face. But too many are too afraid to do even what you are brave enough to to with your blog.
We live under the eyes of Big Brother. Our friends and families have been led into the trap of the woke, liberal political leadership with their attempted control of our speech. A think it, but dare not say it out loud, form of bullshit. Heaven help us if even one person is offended, in a world where people wake up looking to be offended. Sadly, I continue to break these new rules thrust upon me. My lovely wife often states that I will probably not die a natural death because of calling a spade a spade out loud.
Yep. Socially curtailed speech. Corrupt governments. Goughing corporations. Those that look to downsize the populations. Tough to overcome while retired. Even our votes are looked at casually. Maybe time to search out groups that are also tired of this new world initiative. A little to late to join the Hell's Angels, but there has to be someplace to allign with in this world of corrupt would be dictators.
