I spent 10 days in Vegas in 2002 and it was 8 days too long! I like an occasional gamble but not in the way they do in Vegas and the shops around the casinos were very expensive. The highlights for me were a helicopter ride into the Grand Canyon with a return at dusk seeing all the lights up the strip, Tom Jones at the MGM in a half empty theatre. The lowlight was a Hummer trip across the desert that was literally painful - don’t do it!
