Guesswork: 1 - one of those two, DePape seem crazy enough to have done it, 2 - maybe Pelosi didn't go to the bathroom, I read he dialled 911 but didn't speak to police, he just asked DePape what he was doing and intended etc and the dispatcher twigged he/she should send cops for a safe and well check, 3 - only in court? 4 - goodness knows...
