It appears to be the same for most of the countries in the world. The "bought and paid for" politicians vote and rule according to where their bankroll comes from. I am afraid that there is no way to stop it. They have the power and the military to back it up.
The super rich and powerful are of afraid of possible violence, and I do think it is coming. They have insulated themselves and have even built bunkers. But any violence will be short lived and will only hurt those that bring it. Look at all of the fuss about January 6th. That is being done to try to stop a bigger and better show of force. Won't do anything except make the planners of more "protests" better prepared. My only hope is that the men and women in the armed forces will not fire on their own families. If they are better educated to the ever-growing power grab of the traitor politicians, perhaps it will make them think before acting. Viva the revolution.
